Joshua's Law Classes:
ABC Driving School is the next generation of driving instruction (Georgia DDS Certification #DI2080). We have replaced the traditional driver’s education curriculum of using old, outdated books with the latest in software-based interactive teaching tools. Our flexible, module based classes mean there is no waiting to join—even if a class has already begun! Missed modules may be made up at any time they are available.
We offer classes tailored to first-time drivers and teens working toward earning their driver’s license. Our state certified classes are designed to meet the strict requirements of “Joshua’s Law” for teen drivers. This includes 30 hours of classroom, and 6 hours of Behind-the-Wheel instruction with our certified and licensed instructors using our specially equipped vehicles.
Upon Completion of our Joshua’s Law course, students will be issued the certificate of completion required to apply for tax and insurance purposes. This certificate will also be needed when applying for a new Class D driver’s license.
Summer classes are filling up quickly. Enroll early to avoid missing out!

Tax and Insurance Savings:
Parents of students who complete
our 30-hour classroom Joshua's Law program are eligible for a $150 State Tax Credit. This credit only applies to the 30-hour classroom portion of our Joshua's Law class and we will provide the necessary tax forms upon completion of the class and issuance of the certificate of completion.
Parents of students who also complete our 6-hour Behind-the-Wheel training are eligible to receive a discount on their vehicle insurance premium. This discount may range from 10%-20% depending on your insurance company and policy type. Check with your insurance provider to see how much of a discount is available upon completion of our Behind-the-Wheel program.
Under Georgia law, O.C.G.A. 33-9-42, reductions in insurance premiums shall be available to licensed drivers under 25 years of age, if they maintain a clean driving record and successfully complete a driver education program such as ours. Also under code section 48-7-29.5 if a dependent minor child of a Georgia taxpayer completes our driver education program, the taxpayer is entitled to a tax credit of $150.00.
